| 4-Share Zfilter | | ZFilter is a plug-in indexing filter for Windows servers. It enables them to full-text index the contents of zip archives created with WinZip, PKZIP, or any other compression program that uses the PKWARE compression format. Microsoft Internet Information Server, SharePoint, Site Server and Exchange Server can all read and index text and properties from Microsoft Office, HTML and plain text files. The Other file types require the installation of a filter ("ifilter") to allow indexing. For example Adobes PDF IFilter, Microsofts XML filter and the MP3 filter by Meticulus, Zip files etc require for the server to index them, for which you need ZFilter.
