The user moves the mouse pointer to the part of the image that he/she is interested in, zooms in, and voila! that part remains stationary.The default zooming device is the mouse scroll wheel. Turning the wheel by one position zooms the image by a zoom increment. Whether zooming is in or out depends on the mouse wheel's direction.
