This applet can insert separator bars in your html page that can keep changing their colors continuously. It allows you to specify in the parameters features like: the initial color, speed of the change of colors, lower and upper bound for the color values. You can also specify a seed for the random number generator and to synchronies the change of colors for two or more bars give the same seed and start color.
