| AJAX pop-up box is a JavaScript technique for creating modern (Web 2.0-style) modal dialogs or even wizards (sequences of dialogs) without using conventional popups and page reloads. It’s inspired by Mac OS X modal dialogs. And yes, it may also be useful for showing larger versions of images. :) AJAX pop-up box is built with pure JavaScript and is based on Sam Stephenson’s excellent Prototype JavaScript Framework, valid XHTML/CSS. AJAX pop-up box uses AJAX to load content. It's the same technique we are using when we display our pics

| Use the FlashChat admin panel to administer the chat, since this script is just a skin on an existing FlashChat installation. A user using the Ajax skin can chat with a user using the Flash skin. Thus, users without the latest version of Flash - or for whom Flash runs slowly - can still chat. As the main FlashChat, the Ajax skin supports custom user photos, custom background, and room list and chat avatars. Installation is as easy as uploading three folders - ajax, languages, and templates - to your existing FlashChat installation. No database modifications are needed, and there is no installer needed at all. The Ajax skin for FlashChat works with FlashChat's CMS and forum integrations. Thus, if you have integrated FlashChat with a system like phpBB or vBulletin, you can use this skin. IRC commands like /back and /backtime work with the Ajax skin for FlashChat. Several skins have been ported to the Ajax skin, including Windows XP, Mac OS X, and a few others

| Web 2.0 AJAX Loading Panel is a universal ajax loading message over a semi-transparent background, that makes the page modal and is supposed to work with any AJAX framework's onRequestStart and onRequestComplete functions. A client of mine asked me if it is possible to separate the function that creates the cool modal semi-transparent loading effect of my website (and many others, as well) from the XmlHTTPRequest function, so it could be used with other AJAX frameworks or for other purposes. Now, with Web 2.0 AJAX Loading Panel, this effect could be easily attached to any other script

| There is the fully featured example on the Live Demo Page with various types of Accordions (left pane, embedded, resizable, in popup) and various types of panels (resizable, draggable, with content dynamically loaded from server, etc.). There is also syntax highlighted code and detailed Howto on integrating the Accordion to a web page. Panels can be re-ordered within the Accordion by drag&drop or undocked (moved out of the Accordion). While undocked they can be further dragged and resized. The whole example is themable; currently there are four themes to choose from.

| ImageFlow is a picture gallery, which allows an intuitive image handling. The basic idea is to digitally animate the thumbing through a physical image stack. That intuitive handling is automatically caused by the metaphorical use of the well known process of thumbing through. This solution is known as the Cover Flow technique, which has been developed by the artist Andrew Coulter Enright. Now - after it has been bought by Apple - it is used in iTunes and the file browser of Apples OSX. The innovation of this project lies in the JavaScript implementation, which is platform independent. ImageFlow works with every browser, that can handle images and supports JavaScript: And that is something almost 100% of all conventional graphical browsers can do. You can trace the single developement steps in the Newsblog-Entries to ImageFlow. Parallel to this documentation exists an official project page: http://imageflow.finnrudo lph.de.
